Purchase this package and you will receive an email daily from Farm Girl Marketing Solutions with a suggested Instagram post for your Pilates Studio. The posts will be a mixture of Pilates positive posts from the media, posts featuring the benefits of Pilates, Joe Pilates quotes, and some inspirational posts mixed in. All posts are written so that you may tweak the Instagram Caption for your studio.
Each “post” will include at least one picture that you can use with that post. If it might be appropriate to customize the post with a picture from your studio, the email will have photo suggestions, and a link to use the Canva Graphic that I designed.
