The coronavirus has everyone scrambling with some studios closing and others being ordered to close, and other studios wanting to give clients an option to do Pilates while staying in their home. I’ve been doing Pilates remotely for over 2 years when we travel, so Carey and I were already familiar with remote Pilates and Zoom. With the social distancing recommendations changing daily – I asked Carey to share what she was doing at Rivercity Pilates.
Just FYI — Carey decided to offer free Pilates Mat and Barre classes this week, and minutes after she sent out an email to her list – people were jumping at the chance to do Pilates remotely. She’ll share the steps she’s been taking to keep clients engaged and loyal through this very trying time.
